Return Policy
Refund / Return and Cancelling Order
At Earth Gate Trading FZCO, we are confident that you will love the products you buy from us. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 2 days of receiving it, as long as it is undamaged and has all its accessories and packaging.
Just show us the original receipt and we will give you an exchange or a refund based on how you paid. However, there are some important things to keep in mind:
⦁ You need to get our approval by sending us a message on our WhatsApp number and include the approval number in your return/refund request. (+971 52 219 7505)
⦁ the refund method will match the payment method. If you paid by credit card, you will get the money back in your bank account up to 10 working days after we receive the item. If you paid by cash, you will get the money back within 4 - 6 days.
The following products cannot be returned:
⦁ You cannot return software that has been opened if it had a seal with the software license on it and you could see the license before opening the package.
⦁ Electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program.
⦁ Any device that is physically damaged or missing its box or original accessories. (The accessories are listed on the invoice or the item description)
⦁ Any printer that has printed more than 25 pages
Cancelling an order
To request for order cancellation, please notify us either by email, phone, or WhatsApp (+971 52 219 7505). If you decide to cancel the order, please do it within 12 hours from the order confirmed.If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
